The spring festival will be held at the Michael & Sons Dulles Sportsplex in Sterling, while the Diwali Northern Virginia venue will be announced soon. The Philadelphia festival will once again be held at the Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA. There are limited booths available for all three festivals, but going fast.
